No upfront cost. No fee if we don't win. Paid in pounds to your UK bank account.

How much are you entitled to?

UK Regulation 261/2004 (UK261) and EU Regulation EC 261/2004 both set fixed compensation amounts based on your flight distance. The amount is the same whatever you paid for your ticket: a passenger on an £80 fare is entitled to exactly the same as someone who paid £800 for the same route. Use the toggle below to see the amounts for your route.

This route is over 3,500 km and falls under UK261. If the delay is 4 hours or more, the maximum compensation applies.

Compensation amounts are set by UK Regulation 261/2004 (UK261) or EU Regulation EC 261/2004 and are payable per passenger. In some limited circumstances, such as where the airline provided an alternative flight arriving within a defined time window, the entitlement may be reduced by 50%. Our team will confirm your exact entitlement when we review your claim.

How is compensation calculated?

The amounts above are set by UK Regulation 261/2004 (UK261) or EU Regulation EC 261/2004, depending on your route, and are based on the distance of your flight as measured from the departure airport to the final destination airport. These are flat-rate amounts based on distance. The only effect of delay length beyond the 3-hour threshold is on the longest distance band, where a delay of 3 to 4 hours entitles you to 50% of the full amount. In some cases where the airline provided an alternative flight that arrived within a defined window of your original arrival time, the amount may be reduced by 50%.

The calculator gives an indication only. The exact amount you are entitled to depends on the specific circumstances of your disruption, the route operated, and whether any extraordinary circumstances apply. Our team will confirm your exact entitlement when we review your claim.
