Flightremedy is a flight compensation claims service operated by FLIGHTREMEDY (Pty) Ltd. UK customers assign their compensation claims under UK261 or EU Regulation EC 261/2004 to Flightremedy, which pursues them in its own name, or in the customer's name under the authority in the same agreement, on the same terms. Our fee is 30% of the compensation paid, including VAT, charged only on success. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Use of this service is subject to our Terms and Conditions (UK).
